Before you drop off
To stick and stitch your sail properly, it needs to be clean, dry, and sand-free before it goes on the machine. Please deliver it ready to work on.
If your sail needs a clean first, I can do that for an additional charge — just let me know when you get in touch, and allow a little extra time for drying conditions.

Big Air Repair grew out of Giles Hulm's 'Big Air Repairs' retirement — and I'm glad it did. I'm Ian Clingan: a lifelong sailor, windsurfer, and new convert to wingfoiling, based in Swansea.
After a career as a sailing coach — which included hands-on work with sails and sailmakers — I'm happy to be more hands-on again. I repair what I know and love, with the care you'd want someone to take over your kit.
Whether it's a small tear on a kite you ripped last weekend or a full panel replacement on a cruising sail, I'll give it the same attention. And I'll always tell you honestly if something isn't worth repairing.
